Can I use my approved Multiple Entry Visa for my next border run if I received it after entering Thailand?

ORIGINAL POSTER
About 2 weeks before my flight from germany to Thailand i registered for the 6 Month Multiple Entry VISA in the Thai Consulate in Munich.

Of course I received the approved Multiple Entry VISA 4 days after my flight date. So I entered Thailand via BKK on a 30 day entry stamp.

I extended the 30 day entry stamp for another 30 days in Chiang Mai immigration.

Now my question: Can I still use my approved Multiple entry VISA (that was approved 4 days to late *lol*) on my next border run when I fly for example from BKK to Vietnam and back to BKK.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about the use of their approved Multiple Entry Visa (METV) for entry into Thailand after entering the country on a 30-day entry stamp. According to comments from the community, the user can indeed use the METV as long as it is valid, regardless of its approval date being after their arrival.

Yes, you can. It just needs to not have expired. Check the date of validity on the visa. Leave and re-enter before that date.

That's no problem at all you use that METV for the next entry to Thailand by air or by land. Make sure you have a printout of your eVisa PDF.
