I am indian i want to visit thailand to meet my gf

1) i have to show medical certificate at the time of arrival?

2) in july 2019 i got the sticker visa of 2 months i had stay in pattaya for 58 days and after that i come to thailand on VOA for 4 times i stay 14 days everytime

3) now i get the sticker visa of 2 months.. so they will allow me to enter or not
