TLDR : Answer Summary
The user has stayed in Thailand for six months under tourist visas and plans to leave in June, but has a medical appointment in August. They are inquiring if they can return with a visa on arrival after just one month back in their home country. Community members express concerns about potential entry denial due to their extended stay, suggesting that having a medical appointment letter may help. They also mention considering a medical visa but note that aesthetic procedures are generally not considered valid medical reasons for such a visa.
You won't have any problems. Immigration doesn't get concerned for just 6 months, and then you returning to your home country. They do get concerned when your stay is getting close to one year, and you've never returned to your home country. Before your next trip get a multi-entry tourist visa. You can stretch this into 9 months with no problem.
It's all good bro. I can see you're just here for the laughs. I might try ear-wax removal with my pedicure. Oh! And an eyebrow reshaping. That should get me a sweet 90 days! π€£π€£π€£
Sometimes 10 minutes teeth cleaning operation feel like you spend eternity there. depends if you have good or bad dentist.

It should be fine if you have an appointment letter from hospital. The officer will questioned you but if you have enough proof thereβs no worries at all
At the minimum you will be pulled aside and questioned for 30 minutes to an hour. At worst you may be denied entry to Thailand and sent back.
Being in the country for 6 months then leaving for only 1 month before returning is not the behavior of a tourist and there's a strong possibility of passport control telling you the same thing.
