TLDR : Answer Summary
The income requirement for dependents on a DTV visa can vary by embassy, but it is generally not necessary for each person to show the full income requirement individually. Many respondents shared experiences where they used a combined fund for all family members, indicating that as long as there is a sufficient total amount in the bank (e.g., 500k for families of different sizes), it can be considered acceptable. Key factors may include the location of the application and the ages of the children.
Depends on the embassy you're applying through. Also the age of the children should be considered. Teenagers cost more to take care of. I'd definitely show a strong long term balance of at least a 1-1.5 million baht, along with your sponsorship letter. There is no income requirement but there is a funding requirement, and each individual applies for their own Visa and pays the fee. First the primary holder and once that Visa has been granted it's referred to for the dependants applications.
