TLDR : Answer Summary
The inquiry focuses on whether border consulates in Thailand utilize a biometric system similar to airports for checking individuals' history of visits to the country. Responses indicate that all entry points in Thailand do employ biometric scanning, which tracks entry history effectively. However, there is clarification that the question pertains to the consulates in neighboring countries, where visas are granted, prompting discussions on the evolving nature of visa regulations and entry history tracking over the years.

Thank you, maybe my English is not clear enough, I mean the consulates of the neighboring countries to Thailand where we are going to get visas.

believe me your entry history has been tracked for the last 20+ years now just by your passport numbers, DOB, surname, sex and country of origin. They didn't need hand scanners to know your entry history ;)

If you're asking do the land border crossings have the hand scanners, the answer is yes ALL entry points to thailand have them.
