I have a quick question for those who've gotten this visa- can you set up a bank account in Thailand, on the DTV visa?

Also, can one set up a Wise account from Thailand?

Had no problem with Bangkok Bank and others got one at K-Bank. You might have to try a few branches. Be presentable when you go in and have cash on hand. 😉 Sure you can set up Wise from anywhere provided it’s offered in your home country.

Unfortunately my home country doesn't offer Wise, so I have to set up a bank account in Thailand.. 😭
