TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, it is possible to obtain a volunteer visa for up to one year, but it depends on the specific approval of the organization by the Thai government. You can volunteer at multiple organizations, but you need to ensure that each organization has the necessary approvals. Additionally, you will require a Work Permit from the Ministry of Labor to formally engage in volunteer work.

I’ve not contacted them yet. Just weighing up options, however it seems that they are super legit, with lots of past European volunteers and they are accredited by the government!
It is possible to get an extension up to 1 year as a volunteer, if the organisation has been approved for this specifically by the relevant Government department. Not many are approved for this though.
