TLDR : Answer Summary
Extending a DTV visa at Central Festival in Chiang Mai appears to be quite challenging, with many users suggesting a 'border bounce'—leaving the country and re-entering—as the simplest solution. Most commenters advise against trying to extend the visa in-country due to difficulties, mentioning that it is much easier to leave for a short trip and return. Additionally, it was noted that only one officer in Chiang Mai handles DTV extensions, making the process more complicated.
There's supposedly only one officer in all of Chiang Mai that deals with DTV extensions. He is at the main immigration office, not at the satellite office.

Haven't you posted almost the exact same question some hours ago? 🤔 Answer would remain the same, that's difficult to extend a DTV. Not impossible though if you're able to show the same but updated documentation provided during application plus some extra.

Anonymous participant 818 similar but not the same. Seems people are having issues at the airport immigration, im wondering if its the same at central festival
they might not actually offer it as a service at the Central festival office. My understanding is there's a couple of other immigration related services you can only get done at the airport branch.
