Stupid question but... can we enter on a different port than what we apply for on our visa application?

If I selected BKK for first point of entry into thailand, and decide to fly with Malaysia Airlines via KL into Krabi instead... will this be allowed? 😅

TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, you can enter Thailand at a different port than you indicated on your visa application. Multiple comments confirm that once your visa is approved, you are free to enter Thailand through any port, regardless of what was listed in your application. Changes in travel plans are common, and the immigration authorities will not enforce entry restrictions based on your specified arrival point.

Plans change. They aren't going to tell you, "Sorry, you said you were coming to BKK and this is Krabi. You gotta fly back to Malaysia and go to BKK."

Also, don't go to Krabi. They've got cobras slithering people's hotel rooms in the middle of the night! 🐍
