Here’s one I can’t find having been asked before....

Entry into Thailand on visa exempt 30 day stamp. 30 day tourist extension used. 60 day family extension used. Now on amnesty.

If in possession of an embassy letter for visa extension, AND if successful in gaining said extension, does that then translate into a hard stamp in the passport, which would give the required time in “stamp days” to apply for a non O based on marriage within Thailand?

No, as this Extension of Stay on Embassy request cannot be used as basis for a conversion into a Non Immigrant O visa,

It is only for emergencies to stay an extra 30 days as mentioned on the flyer
