My son’s passport expired and we need my husbands DTV asap. Can we apply for his DTV and add the codependents later?
Thanks a lot! 🙏🏼❤️

TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, you can apply for your husband's DTV separately and later add your son as a dependent. Each dependent must apply for their own visa, referencing the principal DTV holder. You will need to provide documentation to prove the familial relationship and your husband's DTV status.
Dependents apply separately. Once the main applicant is approved, you submit a new application for your son under the dependent category, proving the funds, that his dad has a DTV, that he is in fact his dad, etc. and then submit the application fee and wait within that jurisdiction to be approved. Then head to Thailand once approved.

DTV_BegPecker thanks a lot! My children don’t have a bank account. Should each of us show separate accounts with 500k baht?
