Hi, me and my boyfriend live here 2 years already. We are now at almost the end of the second year. First year all good Non B multi entry. Second year we went every 3 months for non b single entry because in the work permit we are managers and not directors. 

Our current visa expires 24 May and would be the last 3 months we have to go penang to make before renew the work permit. ( expire in September ) 

My concern is that we would like to go holiday home, in Romania at 5th May and come back end of May with new passaports beacuse I have 5 pages left andy boyfriend only 3 now. Is it possible to make the visa after holiday ? 

We will have 2 weeks visa on arrival and panning to go to Penang then. Hope no trouble...

And also please how can we get again the Non B multi entry visa hoping that in 3 months things will be the same ? Going to Penang every 3 months with a business running and now I'm pregnant make me crazy 😁

Visit the Thai Embassy website in Romania, look for the requirements for the Non Immigrant B visa. Make sure you got all the documents. Go home, apply for the new passports, than apply for the Non Immigrant B visa in Romania and come back to Thailand.

We've been to the embassy in Romania a few times. So impossible lady there. Never give us tourist visa or to friends and people we know. Treat us very bad and with no reason but then we found out the we should go there with a "gift" ... unbelievable

What would be the reason you can not apply in your country? It is much more easy than come with a Visa on Arrival, than travel to Penang and apply for a Single Entry Non Immigrant B visa and travel back.

Yes, first of all edit your position titles to actual managing directors (not reporting to), Penang only gives 1 yr non b's based on that. Being one of the mandatory criteria to be met.

if the capital for x2 foreigners is made (2mil per head or used to be) - Don't see why not. ( joint partners ( remembering the Thai 51% shareholding) leaving 40% (20% each) 9% to be divi'd up between x8 Thais. That's a rough example / guide only.
