Good morning, my friend just got a single entry in laos and now she wants to get a student visa, does she still needs to go back to laos to get non ed visa or is it possible to get non ed visa here in thailand? Thanks in advance for your advices.

Normally your friend would be required to exit the country and obtain an ED Visa outside of Thailand but as Robert has said, it makes sense to check with the particular school that she wants to study at as they will be able to give you the correct process and tell you what support they can offer in obtaining this visa
