TLDR : Answer Summary
Currently, tourists in Thailand are generally unable to receive a Pfizer booster shot. Responses from local hospitals indicate that booster shots are not available to those who have been vaccinated with Pfizer or AstraZeneca prior to arriving in Thailand. However, there are some pathways suggested by locals, such as paying for vaccinations, but these options are often unclear and subject to change. Overall, vaccination access for tourists remains limited, focusing primarily on Thai citizens and expats, with some exceptions primarily for initial vaccinations with Sinovac.

Anyone know if we had 2 shots before arriving here, uk astra, can we pay to get a Pfizer booster, or even not mention we've had the previous jabs...yep unethical but needs must...😁
For those expats in Thailand that received the Thai vaccine cocktail, have a booster shot every 6 months for those individuals over 60 years old or to any with underlying health conditions.
Currently, booster shots aren’t part of the government’s narrative, with the exception of those individuals vaccinated with Sinovac. Post vaccinations efficacy drops to ~57% effectiveness after 6 months.

Thailand is not giving out booster shots unless you have two Sinovac shots.

I am aware of their rules and regulations but we know that this is Thailand, right?
Thanks, I am the tourist here looking for the vaccine(definitely not Sinovac) but the hospital said the vaccine program is only eligible for the foreigners who are living in Thailand at least 10 years. Duh!
get pay for the vaccine. They're not going to inject u with the tourist visa(TR). Find a private hospital and follow up their daily updates on the vaccination program and once u get ur jabs and they will be insurance coverage as well.
do you think I mind for paying small money? I am happy to pay for that. The only vaccine I can get is only sinovac for now. I am willing to go to UK and I don’t want it as it is not recognized by UK government.
