Hi. I hope to be moving to Thailand next year ( subject to selling my house). I plan to move in with my Thai girlfriend who owns a house. Is she able to provide me with a certified address as required for my retirement visa?

Yes, get her to write a letter of invite addressed to you to come to stay with her. It will need to include the full address plus her full name and Thai ID number.

Thanks. The house I need to sell is in Cyprus and the legal support for foreigners renting property is non existant.
