Hi, I need some advice please just to double check, I have a non O visa my stamp runs out of 20th July but the actual visa runs out on the 21 August, I'm flying back the uk in December to renew my visa, so I was going to boarder bounce for both dates, but if I do that will I get 3 months from August? I'm trying to work out the best way to take me to December? I would then need to do another boarder bounce and get a walk in tourist visa in November? Is that correct? Thank you.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about managing their Non-O visa validity, which expires on July 20 for the stamp and August 21 for the visa. They plan to travel to the UK in December and seek advice on how to stay in Thailand until then. An informed comment suggests that if the user has a Multiple Entry Non-O visa, they can perform a border bounce around August 21, potentially extending their stay until mid-November. They are also advised on the option of applying for a 1-year Extension of Stay to avoid returning to the UK, clarifying that the visa cannot be renewed.

If you have a Multiple Entry Non O visa you can do the border bounce on or just before 21 Aug. This give you an extra 90 day til around 19 Nov. Than you can do a border bounce for Visa Exempt Entry (not a walk in tourist visa) for another 30 days, which can be extended with another 30 days at local immigration. Or if you meet the requirements you can apply 45 days before 21 Aug for 1 year Extension of Stay at local Immigration, requirements depending on where the visa is based on. This means you do not need to go back UK to apply for a NEW visa (Visa can not be renewed).
