Hello 👋 

I plan to go on holidays to Philippines for 1 or 2 weeks. During this time I would like to ask for an education visa for my 3 kids and follow visa for us parents. Our passeport is French. Do you know if they give visas in Manila? Where to ask for an appointment? Any help is much appreciated
