TLDR : Answer Summary
The conversation discusses whether income derived from a property portfolio can be classified as acceptable proof of income for a Digital Nomad Visa (DTV) in Thailand, with participants expressing skepticism about its validity. A few suggest that a contract with a legitimate company is a more reliable form of proof, while others argue that traditional income sources, like pensions, are not recognized as remote work.

I very much doubt it. Same as they wouldn’t accept a pension as being remote working.
