Can I apply for the DTV visa in Thailand after my Non-B visa expires while working remotely for a European company?

Hello I have a question for others who are maybe in similar situations.

I’m living and working legally in Thailand with Non-B / work permit. I’m fiscally sponsored here by a foundation for a company based out of Europe and working remotely. Now that the DTV is an option, I can just get paid straight from my employer in Europe, which is great.

The challenge I’m faced with is that my Non B is running out and so I would like to do the DTV visa soon. At this time, *I’ll have a year-long contract with my company, but I will not have been paid directly by them yet.*

Has anyone applied for DTV having come from Non-B visa in Thailand? And based on remote employment?

Mainly I’m just worried that I see many have submitted portfolios, invoices, pay stubs etc. And if I do it soon, I won’t have that. Is it worth going for the DTV now or just wait another 3 months?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is currently on a Non-B visa in Thailand and is considering applying for the Digital Nomad Visa (DTV) as their Non-B is expiring. They are concerned about not having direct pay stubs or invoices from their European employer, as they have not yet been directly paid by them. They are seeking advice on the feasibility of applying for the DTV now, despite these concerns, or if it would be better to wait a few months.
