I submitted my visa (non-Imm b) extension application last month. I received a stamp until Thursday, may 26, at which time I will go to immigration to get a stamp for another 2 months.

I need to apply for a Bangladeshi visa for a work trip that departs next Friday. visa processing time is at least 5 days and the embassy is closed fridays. So ideally I would submit my passport for the Bangladeshi visa no later than this Wednesday. Could I go to immigration tomorrow - 2 days early - to get the two-month stamp?

can you go to get the new 2-month stamp AND then apply for the work visa on the same day?

As soon as you get (hopefully) the extension stamp, you need to buy a re-entry permit to keep that extension alive if you are going to Bangladesh.

Yes, you can always ask, but have plan B ready if the paperworks are not finalized and you have to come back on set date 26 May.
