I updated a new passport last year , still got the account. They took pictures of the dtv stamp in the passport

Yes I was called in and they checked my passport and DTV. I still have the account.

Visited many times to get a statement and to install the app on a new phone. No issues, didn't asked about the visa, which is in another passport.

RelaxingFrog7053 one with finished pages, but still on date, that's why I have two - one with finished pages but not canceled, second is quite new with DTV in it

If its large then call head office to enquire.they may email the forms to you

Not with my dtv, but with my visa exempts. Some strange reason they r ok with visa exempts but i dont dare go with a dtv from what ive been hearing 😂

If you go to the bank they’ll ask for your passport and bankbook you’ll be done

It’s almost unheard of to get chargebacks approved here in Thailand

If you do that be prepared for them to tell you, you can use your debit card until it expires
