Can I use the Chon Buri immigration office as the place of issuance on my TM.8 form for my Non-O visa?

Good afternoon,

I am filling a TM.8 form as I am flying abroad on 13th April. I came on a non o visa in October and have an extension to January 2027, this was processed in Chon Buri immigration office. On the back of TM.8 it asks, after ticking Non-Immigrant Visa box, issued at and date. So can I assume that this is Chon-Buri on the date I received my extension? I know I can do this at the airport but I have to do my 90 day report this week, so thought i'd do this while I'm there.

Thanks in advance

Michael

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about filling out the TM.8 form while preparing to travel abroad, specifically regarding the details related to their Non-O visa extension processed in Chon Buri. A community member confirms that the user should list Chon Buri as the issuing office and the date of extension as January 2026 on the form. Additionally, they should include their arrival date in Thailand as October 2025.

Correct.

You fill in the information when you got your current extension, at Chon buri on January 2026 for "issued" date. The "permitted to stay up to" date at the end of the paragraph is January 2027. Also, you use actual arrival date in October 2025 as "arrived in Thailand on" date in between.
