I have a question on the rules around the Rangong - Andaman club visa run - I have a 6 mnth mutli-entry tourist visa and just need an exit stamp as my 60 days + 30 day extension is up.
If Google is correct, I can just go to the andaman club for an exit stamp, rather than having to go to Kawthoung in Burma?
It is only people without a valid visa that cannot go to the Andaman club and have to go to Kawthoung Is that right?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The query revolves around whether one can obtain an exit stamp from the Andaman Club on a multi-entry tourist visa without needing to travel to Kawthoung, Burma. Responses indicate that to activate a new entry on a multi-entry visa, travelers typically need to stamp in and out of another country. The Andaman Club, located in Myanmar, can still be visited for this purpose, with the option of a speedy boat trip, making it a viable alternative for individuals looking to avoid a longer journey.
Hi! Do you know the opening hours of the border? Going there on Friday and would love to catch the last boat back to Phangan at 13:30 from Chumphon to avoid the much longer trip to Surat Thani/Don Sak.
The only problem with crossing to Laos or Cambodia is their visa offices dont open untill 8am. Im not sure if that applies to Myanmar or even if you need a visa to enter there.
Andaman club is a hotel/casino in Mayanmar. You still have to get a boat there and stamp in/out. The speed boat takes about 15 minutes as opposed to around 45 minutes if you get a longtail from the town. Anyone can go to Andaman, not just people with a multi-entry visa.
Im pretty sure you have to stamp in/out of another country to activate a new entry on your METV. Not sure about that particular crossing though, so I maybe wrong.
