Hey everyone 👋

I’m a UK citizen and own a US LLC, looking to apply for the Digital Nomad (DTV) visa.

Does anyone know a good agency that can assist with the process? Preferably one that’s responsive and trustworthy 🙏

Also, quick question — my LLC income goes into a business account with Mercury, and I don’t pay myself personally into my UK account.

Would that be an issue for the DTV application?

TLDR : Answer Summary
A UK citizen is seeking guidance on applying for Thailand's Digital Nomad visa (DTV) while operating a US LLC. They ask for recommendations for reliable agencies to assist in the process and clarify if having LLC income deposited in a business account (Mercury) rather than a personal account might pose issues for their application. Responses from the community indicate that while an agent is not necessary, it's important to have personal access to funds for the DTV application. A minimum of 500,000 THB needs to be in a personal account, and tax returns may be required if income isn't paid personally.

I have a US LLC and when I didn’t provide payment to myself, they asked for my latest tax return. Once I provided, I was approved. You don’t need an agent. You can do it yourself. Just have all of your paperwork.

Hey! I actually help with DTV visa cases from time to time — can share some guidance or what usually works best if you’d like 🙂

Your LLC setup should be fine, you’ll just need to show that you personally have access to the funds (like transfers or statements).

Happy to help if you need a few tips!

Yes the 500K THB or equivalent needs to be in a personal current account not in a business account

And no need for an agent

As long as you have the required 500k in a personal instant access account it should be fine to use Mercury as part of showing your business revenue
