Can I use medical insurance from a UK company to apply for an O-A retirement visa in Thailand?
To apply for a O A retirement visa in the uk I need medical insurance.My question is can this medical insurance be a uk company ?

Yep, you can indeed use an insurance policy in the UK that meets the requirements for the O-A visa. When you apply for it there should be a form you have your insurance company fill out that states you meet the requirements
