TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, you can enter Thailand using a 6-month multiple entry tourist visa even if it's one month before it expires. The visa allows you to stay for 60 days upon entry, which can be extended for an additional 30 days while in Thailand.

there have the expiry date on your visa lable, it is different of how long you can stay in Thailand. e.g. 6 months visa, visa issue date 1 July, enter before 30 Sep, if you enter on 31 Aug then count 6 months start from 31 Aug

Not on a multiple entry tourist visa. The visa starts "counting down" the moment it's in your passport
Just remember, the consulates are not selling the visas, and Thailand is still closed for general purpose tourism

No, it's a multiple entry tourist visa. It's 60 days on each stamp, and you can enter and leave Thailand as many times as you want within the 6 month validity.
it's not really about being positive, it's about being realistic. Speculation doesn't help (news reports have said borders will remain closed until September - October) only time will tell at this point ๐ wait for announcements and sit tight
