hello I have a one year visa but I need to shorten my stay. I heard it's possible to suspend a visa temporarily. If it's possible or do we start it? Thanks for your answers

You cannot suspend a visa. You can get a re-entry permit before you leave which will keep your entry alive while you're outside the country, but the time still ticks on the stay and you won't get any extra time. And if you're not back before the end of the stay stamped in your passport you'll lose it.
