If I am applying for the NON O multiple entry visa based on marriage at Savannekhet can I hand the application in on Monday morning and collect Tuesday ?

Is the system like the old system in Laos where you get a number and they start handing back the visa at 1pm ?

Just trying to plan flights.

Chris Walker 14.00. But better to be a bit early. I did my first non o based on marriage there some week ago and I would strongly recommend you to apply on Tuesday instead. I went on a Monday and had to queue for 3 hours.reckon around 200 persons applying. Met some people that applied the day after and they told me that there only were 20 people in line that day.

It's still songkran Monday and Tuesday so will be closed. But yeah pickup the day after applying, at pickup there's just a normal queue so they don't call numbers even if you get a number when applying
