Can you go a week early to do your initial 90-day retirement visa, my 90th day is the 17 February and I may not be in Chiang Mai.

Can you please explain what you like to ask? You need to do a report that you are 90 days inside the country? OR do you want to apply for the Non Immigrant O visa based on being over 50 years of age? If you mean leave Chiangmai to outside Thailand before that date you don’t need to report... just wondering which you mean, nit in CM but still inside Thailand or out.
