I am currently on a Non O visa which will need renewal soon! Is it possible to extend without the 400k baht in the bank account if I have a new born baby now? Or the requirements are still the same?
Thank you in advance!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking guidance on extending their Non-O visa without meeting the 400k baht financial requirement due to a recent addition of a newborn baby. Comments indicate that if the visa was obtained through marriage, maintaining the same financial requirement applies. However, there are options like the 60-day Visit Thai Family Extension that may not have strict financial guidelines. It's also highlighted that the process for supporting a Thai child follows similar protocols as the marriage visa, necessitating documentation for the child.

Support of Thai child is the same process as the marriage option, plus the childs birth certificate, blue book and ID if they have. The financials should be 400kthb in the bank the day of the extension submission, no seasoning, but its worth checking with your immigration, to be sure.
You can get the 60 day Visit Thai Family Extension if you haven't yet used it which does not have financial requirements and will allow your 400k to season
