Hiya! So I have a question!

Right now I have a dependant visa on my father's retirement visa as I am 19. This year I will be turning 20 which means I'll have to get my own visa. Question is:

Would renewing my dependant visa before turning 20 grant me another year of dependant visa even after I've turned 20, or, would I instead need my own visa the moment I turn 20?

Thanks in advance!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires whether they can renew their dependant visa under their father's retirement visa before turning 20 and if that renewal would extend their dependant status or require them to obtain their own visa upon turning 20.
