I'm doing a home office work for international company with office in Bangkok, under BOI. But I live in another province. In the beginning, from work had asked me to register in a Bangkok address, so I did. 

As I have to change my registered address and get new TM30, can I put my real address, which is in another province than where my official work office is located?

Once you have your extension issued, you can file a TM30 at your real address

BUT

you will have to come back to Bangkok where the company is to get your yearly extensions (and have to show an address in Bangkok again usually)

So if I understood correctly:

On every visa extension that I have to do in Bangkok, I should present a TM30 with a Bangkok address in it, even if I don't actually live there?

that will be between you and your company, there was a reason they had you show a bangkok address (and it was to get the visa/extension) and you have to check with them how the next extension will work
