Advice needed:

My daughter was born in Bangkok 9 month back. We got pass port from our embassy for her. Now we want to travel to my country. Embassy has given a letter to cross the Thai immigration here and also in Bangladesh. We both are on Non-B visa. Now my question is, can I get a visa for my daughter from Thai immigration office, before going to Bangladesh?
