I need a letter from my bank to certify that there is 400k or more in it. Can that letter asked before the 2 months are up as the amount only will go up or does one ask for that letter on date the 2 months are up?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The post inquires about the timing for obtaining a bank letter to certify a balance of 400,000 Baht, questioning if it can be requested before the 2-month requirement is completed. Responses indicate that bank policies vary, with some experts suggesting that the letter and related bank statements should be requested only after the money has been in the account for the full two months. Additionally, it is noted that these documents often need to be current (usually no older than 7 days) at the time of visa application, with advice to check specific requirements with the relevant immigration office.

No, six months of transactions, and letter saying the money is still in the bank account, all on same day, at chachoengsao immigration office and have 2 sets of photocopies, one for local office and one for bangkok main immigration office
You need to ask for the letter and bank statements after the money has been in your account for 2 calendar months. Normally these can not be any older than 7 days and you need to update your bank book on the day you apply. Some immigration offices want everything on the day you apply so check the policy with your immigration office
