TLDR : Answer Summary
The question pertains to whether one can leave Thailand on November 5th itself or must exit before that date. Comments clarify that it is acceptable to stamp out on November 5th until 11:59 PM. Additionally, there are mentions of policies regarding overstays, including a one-day grace period for overstays and potential consequences.

Most people don't even know they got an overstay under 24 hours stamp in their passport because it's just put on your exit stamp. This is one from back in 2017

You are allowed 1 day free overstay at airport (only) upon exit which I use everytime.

you're not really allowed 1 day free overstay at airports. The way the rule works is at airports they don't charge you for overstays under 24 hours. You still get a small thai language only stamp in your passport saying "overstay under 24 hours fine waived"

I almost guessed it was Phuket, ๐Ÿ˜ฎ they seem to be the only one that fines people on overstays less than 24 hours ๐Ÿ™‚ ๐Ÿ˜›
