TLDR : Answer Summary
The user entered Thailand on a METR and has a stamp allowing them to stay until January 23, 2024. They are uncertain if they can leave on that day, given their flight to Cambodia. Comments indicate that they can remain in Thailand through the entire day of January 23, as long as they leave by midnight, or they could consider applying for a visa extension to prolong their stay.

You can get almost 9 months out of that visa if done correctly

Or get an extension for another 30 days to get the full benefit of the visa

If you have a ME visa, each time you enter during the validity of the visa you will get 60 days stamp, which can be extended a further 30 days. This is why it's possible to get almost nine months from the one visa

If your stamp says 23 January then you're allowed to be in Thailand through the entire day as long as you apply for extension or stamp out by midnight
