TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the possibility of obtaining a sickness visa in Thailand while hospitalized for two weeks, with the need for further aftercare. They are concerned as their current visa is set to expire on January 19, and mention previous land crossings. They entered Thailand on a 60-day visa which was subsequently extended to 90 days.
