TLDR : Answer Summary
A user shared their experience of successfully obtaining a one-year extension on their Non-O visa after being on an amnesty since April. They reported that the immigration office in Buriram did not question their amnesty status and granted the extension upon meeting the necessary financial documentation requirements.

Excellent news (y)

We are getting more and more reports like this from other immigration offices too. Evidently IF you can meet the requirements for your yearly extension, and have previously had the correct visa but ended up going on amnesty you CAN get a yearly extension from it like normal.

Glad it worked out for you.. (y)
