TLDR : Answer Summary
A user reported their experience with the amnesty extension process at CW, noting they arrived early, were number 90 in line, and completed the process by 11:15 AM. They received a stamp valid until November 30. Comments from others inquired about additional paperwork required for the extension and shared their own experiences with date errors on stamps.

Did you make appointment for this?

LoL.. somehow they stamped me originally until Sept. 30th when I went last week on Oct 12. Good thing I checked before I left. It makes me wonder if the people before me in the queue in Phuket were stamped with Sept and didnt check.
Im not sure why after they fixed the error the immigration officer took a photo with me giving a thumbs up. I just went along with it as I was just happy that the date was fixed to Nov 30

I’m heading into CW to close the loop on an amnesty extension. Did you need to bring any additional paperwork besides the obvious passport?

ORIGINAL POSTER
No Ben, just the passport. Once I got to number 90, I handed it in and 5 minutes later it was done.
