ORIGINAL POSTERHi! I am in SGN and hoped to do my NonB application tomorrow but I realized it is closed because of the holiday. My flight to Bkk is on Tuesday evening. NonB is usually done in 2 business days but has anyone done a 1 day processing in any other consulates? Are there any additional fees?
Of course I can change my flight date but my school expects me on Wed and I don't want to bother explaining my absence.

neither consulate in Vietnam (Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City) offer same day service. You turn in your passport one morning and you pick it up the following afternoon.Miho **********
by the way, SGN means Singapore? If so, you have to apply online. could have done submission while you are in somewhere else or at this moment.
