Can i get a covid extension away from my last province? I left CM a month ago and need to get an extension but dont have a new residence certificate in Koh Samui as I've been in hotels.

Yes you can. And Koh Samui last time I did (a month ago) didn't ask for Tm30. I just brought passport and a photo. The copies and forms I got all there.
