Is the lack of a close loop return date on my COVID extension stamp an error or a change in policy?

Just went to CW for covid extension--first off props to IB for the new app-based queue system. Very efficient, good going guys. One thing I noticed is on my stamp it has Nov 25 at the top as expected but there doesn't seem to be a close loop return date line. It's seems to be the date line for the officer's signature. And sure enough, it has today's date stamped in. There are no other written or stamped dates. Is this an error? Could they have used the wrong stamp? Or have they stopped requiring the close the loop trip and I don't need to go back until 25 Nov? Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about an issue with their COVID visa extension stamp, which shows a date of November 25 but lacks a close loop return date. They are questioning whether this is an error or if there has been a change in policy regarding return dates. Comments suggest that Bangkok Immigration may no longer issue "under consideration" stamps and are operating under new guidelines that could affect how dates are stamped and what is required for visa extensions.

I believe for Bangkok Immigration they are NOT giving out "under consideration" stamps anymore, and instead the entire 60 days

I went yesterday and same no under consideration stamp. However, i had one original form to fill in for staying over 90 days and must keep it in the passport

it is what it is... Can change daily or with the mood of the Thai immigration officer. Hopefully they have done away with the under consideration stamp

Ok great news. But pls advise when you know it's official. Seems like that would be a big deal with the whole announcement thing and all.

it is what it is and some offices are still doing the under consideration stamp. There is no "official policy" about whether to do it or not and remember as always covid extensions are totally at the discretion of the issuing officer.
