The 90-day report for foreigners living in Thailand can be completed online between 15 and 7 days before the due date. However, prior registration in person at the immigration office is required, as your data must already be in the system. Once you fill out the necessary information online and submit it, you will receive an approval email and can print out the updated report.

you can do this 90 day report on-line between 15 and 7 days before your due date. Your data must be know in the system, meaning you must have done at least 1 report in person at the immigration office. You just follow the instructions, fill in where needed, send it in, wait for e-mail with approved and print out the form with new date. The link to do this:
At least we have some more programs and forms to mix up. You use a screenshot from your address registration as proof to Immigration it actually happened. For the 90 days online as asked here, you do the report when you get the approved e-mail you log back into the system and print out the form with a new due date 90 days in the future.

No, you have misunderstood the reason for screenshots. If you go to an immigration office and register manually, you will have a receipt in your passport. Regarding the onlinesystem, the screenshot is your receipt, to put in your passport.
have noting to do with not trusting their own system. If you are stopped and controlled in the city, they do not have a computer with them and can check.
