Hi, my (USA fwiw) COVID-extended Tourist visa expires this week. I have an appointment at Muang Thong Thani but am enjoying Koh Lanta.

Is it possible to extend in Krabi or Trang w/o TM-6 (left it in old passport in BKK)?

Possible but foolish/unwise/inadvisable?

P.S. is 30 Mar still the final ext date?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user, holding a COVID-extended tourist visa, asks if they can extend their visa in Krabi or Trang without their TM-6 form, which is left in an old passport. Comments confirm that it's advisable to return to Bangkok for the extension and remind the user that the current extension program ends on March 30.

You are correct, March 30th is the date that the current 60 day covid extension program runs out ..

What do you mean you left the TM6 departure card in the old passport?..

Do you mean you got a new passport while you've been in country but didn't go to get the extension stamps moved over to the new one?

Hmm, I'd say IF you got a police report stating you "lost" the TM6 departure card, you could use the immigration office in the area where you are..

They'd give you a new TM6 (looking up the old one, crossing out the new numbers and writing the old number on it).

OR

you could try it without a police report but most places ask for one and seeing as they're free at any police station I'd get one just to have it when you go.

If you do get the extension down there remember that an under consideration stamp has to be closed out at the same immigration office that issued it (SO if you get a 14 day under consideration stamp you'd need to hang tight there for 2 weeks before you go back)
