Hi,

My child goes to an international school in Phuket on Non ED visa. He needs to extend his initial 90-day visa to 1 year.

Can I do it for him at Blue Tree?

What papers do I need to bring?

Do I need to make an appointment?

He will also need to apply for his multiple re-entry permit after his 1-year extension is approved. Can it be done on the same day or a different day?

Answer summary

To extend your child's Non ED visa at the main immigration office in Phuket, he must be present with you during the application process. You'll need to obtain the necessary paperwork from his international school. There is no requirement to make an appointment; you can simply show up and wait in line. After the 1-year extension is approved, you can apply for the multiple re-entry permit on the same day.

Should be able to get a re-entry permit right after they get their extension inked in

thanks for the info! I'm honestly surprised. The school never mentioned that he would have to go to Immigration with me. They seem to want me to pay to use their visa extension services.

Seems there was an unanswered question as the first one had 2 questions. You answered the location, but didn't answer if she can do it for her child or the child must go.
