I’m on a 90 day single entry non imm O spouse visa. I want to know if I can extend this for 60 days before I apply for my one year extension?

You can indeed file for a 60 day visit thai family extension for 1900baht when your current 90 day entry stamp has 30 days or less left on it. :)
