TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about extending their 90-day Non-O visa after having received a 60-day extension that expires on March 22. The comments provide guidance that the user can apply for another 60-day COVID extension at their local immigration office, which can be done until March 30. Additionally, if they meet specific requirements, such as legal parental rights and financial proof, they may also be eligible for a yearly extension.

IF you meet the requirements (have legal parental rights granted by family court or the local Amphur) and have the 400K baht in a thai bank account in your name only OR come from a country that issues the income affidavit to show proof of income from abroad, you could apply for a yearly extension
IF you don't, go for the 60 day covid extension like I outlined earlier

Go once again to Thai Immigration and apply for the 60 days COVID extension before your current stamp expires March 22

Apply for a 60 day covid extension for 1900 baht at your immigration office. That can be done until March 30th, I'd go a week or two before your current stamp runs out and apply
