Hello,i plan to travel to thailand for 85 days.if i get the 60 days visa from the embassy in Athens ,may i buy the extension for the other 30 fays in koh samui immigration or i have to go out of the country and come back??do hou suggest a better way?? Thank you

When going to Thailand for 31 - 60 ( 90 )days, the 60 days touristvisa is the best option.

It is cheaper than visaexcempt + 30 days extension.

No need of a onward ticket ( 90 days 1 onward ), only the returnticket within 60 days.

Tourist visas can apply one time for a 30 day extension. Note that Koh Samui immigration only allows you to apply for a tourist extension during the last week of your stamp.
