Can I enter Thailand on a DTV visa as a spouse without the main applicant present?

Dec 11, 2025

Hello, I am kinda worried due to strict entry at airport lately.

I am DTV spouse holder and been in and out country for many times together with my husband. But I am on family vacation and this time I will be entering without him. He is currently not in Thailand as well however he will be back soon.

Has anyone experienced this before like entering without main applicant? I am worried it could cause a problem.

Thank you ๐Ÿ™

The user expresses concern about entering Thailand on a DTV spouse visa without her husband, who is currently outside the country. You should go through quicker than actual DTV holders not much to question you about but I would have the 20k baht people have been claiming they were asked for

The only time I've heard of a spouse having an issue was when they tried to extend at an immigration office inside Thailand and their other half hadn't extended
