TLDR : Answer Summary
When reporting for multiple individuals for a 90-day report in Thailand, you need to make separate appointments for each person, using the name on their respective passports. You cannot book more than one appointment under your name. However, you can take all the passports to the appointment and file the reports for all individuals at once. Alternatively, you may not need to make an appointment at all and can just show up to report.

OR just show up, there is no mandatory requirement that you make a booking to file a 90 day report

you can't make more than one appointment in your name, make the appointments for each person and then you can take ALL the passports and do them for them. :)

Do 3 appointments in the name of the passports that you're doing 90 day reports for

Meaning each passport has it's own appointment
